Central Aquatic Swimming and Lifesaving Club (CAQ) is a welcoming and inclusive club focused on supporting every swimmer to achieve their personal best while enjoying the experience of swimming and lifesaving. Located at Bayswater Waves in Perth Western Australia.
Our long-standing affiliation with de Lacy Swim School provides a strong foundation for supporting swimmers as they progress into club swimming. We promote participation both competitively and socially, recognising that success is about more than performance—it is also about developing skills, confidence, friendships and a lifelong love of swimming and lifesaving.
A positive attitude towards swimming, lifesaving and personal development underpins all that we do. We are committed to providing an environment where swimmers of all ages, abilities and backgrounds feel safe, welcome, valued and supported to participate and achieve their goals.
We value the contribution of our families, volunteers and partners and encourage parents and carers to support their children in their swimming and lifesaving journey. Together, we aim to build a strong club community where swimmers can develop, belong, achieve and enjoy being part of CAQ.
